Position Summary
The Business Operations Associate plays a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness by leading change initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring key operational deliverables are executed successfully. This role partners closely with stakeholders across teams to translate strategy into action, improve processes, and enable clear, consistent communication that drives results.

Key Responsibilities
Driving Change & Execution
- Initiate & facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive decisions, alignment, and progress toward operational goals
- Build strong working relationships with partners at various levels of the organization
- Act as a connector across teams, bringing together diverse stakeholders to align goals, priorities, and execution plans
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates in JIRA
Communication
- Develop clear, concise communications to articulate objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Translate complex or ambiguous topics into structured, actionable messages
- Ensure initiatives are well-documented and information is accessible and transparent
Problem Solving
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions from concept through execution
- Support and lead operational initiatives that improve ways of working, scalability, and business outcomes
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational problem-solving as needed
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum +3 years of related experience
Skillset
- Insurance industry and system experience with AIM, ImageRight, and ConceptOne is strongly preferred.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Self-starter, resourceful, proactive, and initiator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, JIRA, PowerPoint, Confluence, MIRO, or similar)
- Thrives in a fast-paced organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

The target salary range for this position is $68,200.00 - $85,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
