Pricing Testing AnalystSupport the accurate delivery and testing of pricing changes using automation and data‑driven analysisBe a part of an evolving testing team with our pricing department Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon About the roleWe’re seeking a Pricing Testing Analyst to ensure accurate delivery, robust testing, and clear governance of pricing changes across Personal Lines products. You’ll use automated tools (such as Ready API) to implement and validate pricing changes, investigate issues, analyse outcomes, and communicate findings clearly. You will contribute to improving testing approaches, automation capability, and support wider change initiatives. All documentation and evidence should be maintained in line with audit requirements, and you’ll represent the team in meetings as needed.You are analytical and detail-focused, with experience in testing, analysis, or implementation in a technical or data-driven environment. Familiarity with automation tools and SQL/data querying is beneficial, but not essential, training will be provided. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, confidence collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues, and a commitment to governance and audit standards.About youYou’ll be a confident, analytical professional who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes and working with data.
