The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial team in client reporting and analytics role. In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of client reporting, performance measurement and SLA governance across a number of key client accounts.
This role acts as a critical link between client expectations, operational delivery and technology solutions, ensuring contractual reporting requirements are understood, implemented and consistently met. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will oversee the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, dashboards and performance measurement that client service delivery.
Your role will also involve the coordination of and compiling of 'Request for Information' documents and responses to client Due Diligence questionnaires, ensuring they are presented professionally and accurately. You will coordinate the preparation of responses, managing all aspects of the tender process to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain key internal relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end set up and delivery of client reporting, in line with contractual obligations and client expectations
- Translate contractual reporting and SLA requirements into clear operational processes, defining business requirements and working closely with the relevant teams to develop and implement reporting capabilities, dashboards and system enhancements
- Own reporting governance and data quality standards, ensuring the integrity, consistency and accuracy of all reporting outputs through effective controls and validation processes
- Monitor reporting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Draft, maintain and continuously improve reporting procedures, documentation and guidance materials, ensuring best practice is established and consistently followed
- Build and maintain key internal relationships with other parts of the business to support effective processes introducing automation where possible
- Coordinate the completion of client questionnaires for client Due Diligence and Requests for Information, ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to a high standard
- Proof read and edit material to ensure responses are presented in a professional and concise manner
- Review and enhance existing commercial materials to prepare for future tenders and due diligence exercises
- Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that are allocated to you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post.

Required Skills
- Numerically literate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident working with datasets and using Excel on a daily basis. Experience with PowerBI would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of driving action across teams to ensure deadline and reporting obligations are met
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, consistency and thoroughness
- Highly organised, with excellent project coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Proactive attitude to gaining knowledge and experience in a global organisation
- Collaborative team player, able to build effective relationships across global teams
