Supporting our Director of Motor Business Improvement, we’re recruiting for a Head of Transformation for our Motor business, on an 8-month fixed term contract basis. Our Motor leadership team (LT)are implementing a transformative turnaround strategy within the highly competitive insurance industry. To support this turnaround, we're recruiting for a Head of Transformation to lead the oversight and delivery of our Motor transformation roadmap - not just a strategic planner but someone who will lean in to execute and make things happen!
What you'll be doing:
Lead the oversight and execution of the Motor roadmap:help boost progress across the critical turnaround programmes underway, working closely with theleaders of each programme to rapidly identify and intervene on key blockers to pace, implementresolutions and maintain oversightof progress.
Optimise structures, processes, capabilities and leadership culture to improve pace of delivery –interrogatethecurrent set up across programmes (e.g. meeting etiquette, processes, reporting, decision-making forums, etc.), test the culture we have developed,join the dots for us to identify what is causing the inefficiency and recommendsolutions to deliver more value, based on their view of what best in class looks like.
Make proactive recommendations to align individuals, teams and workflows to optimally deliver the plan – the role holder will be a dispassionate reorganiser of people and teams, who can quickly flow people to work in a more optimalway. This includes observingwhere we’ve got capacity and strongly lobbying and influencing to make it happen.
