The Incubation Team may work on multiple projects while their primary focus remains on developing comprehensive manuals and consistent processes. These resources are crucial in aiding the transition of programs, making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The team is committed to supporting multiple operating companies across Amwins.
Incubation Team Specialists bring their detail-oriented, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to this position which will enrich Incubation environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in all non-production functions related to the placement of insurance, including (but not limited to): policy issuance, endorsement processing, cancellations, etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly comprehend completed processes and translate them into simplified documentation
- Conduct detailed analysis of touchpoints, impacts, and decision trees in regard to created workflows and documentation
- Train new resources on processes, once developed, and serve as a resource for questions post-launch and quality control of completed products
- Work with onshore and offshore partners to identify, research, resolve, and document resolution for changes/errors that arise in new process implementation
- Function both independently and with a team to maintain timing and quality service levels
Key Characteristics/requirements
- Preferred 2+yr experience in insurance and/or policy support role
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work with loosely defined guidelines, and constantly changing procedures
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Make decisions and solve problems using sound, inclusive reasoning and judgments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
