Arch Insurance is seeking a Programme Manager to manage and lead Data Transformation initiatives that underpin the organisation’s future business and IT strategy. In this position, you will be working across various departments (underwriting, operations, claims, IT, Finance) of a dynamic company, where you will partner with a wide range of senior stakeholders to support the data transformation initiatives that will drive the strategy of the organisation. This is an exciting and impactful role for someone who is looking for an opportunity to drive meaningful change.
The successful candidate will demonstrate significant prior experience in delivering large, complex data transformation initiatives within an insurance environment. A working knowledge of the Insurance Market is essential, as is experience in operating in both agile and waterfall environments.
Experience of Data Warehouse implementation is essential, preferably with the use of Snowflake technology, and experience of implementing Master Data Management solutions is preferable.
Whilst the position will not have direct line management responsibility, it will require managing and coordinating multiple project teams across different disciplines.
