About the team and the job:
This is a fast paced evolving credit control role reporting to the Head of credit control assisting in timely collection of premium due.
How you'll contribute:
- Chasing Brokers / Clients for funds due on insurance premiums
- Reporting – aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante).
- Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiums
- Meeting with Underwriters & brokers & Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally & Externally)
- Resolving queries raised by the business and other departments
- Ensuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiums
- Ensuring the correct and timely payment of funds from the IBA account
Requirements:
- Strong Understanding of the Insurance Market and Lloyds of London market
- Offshore / Onshore dynamics
- Credit Control experience, ideally in the insurance market
- Experience reporting internally and external
