Job Summary:
This role reports to the SVP of Talent Management and Organizational Development at TMNAS, with a focus on supporting the Tokio Marine Group Diversity and Inclusion Secretariat. This role will provide support for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects across the Tokio Marine Group Companies.
This role be required to be in the office approximately 3 days a week in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide coordination and executive support for all Tokio Marine Group DEI Council functions
- Support the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO) in preparing agendas, presentations, surveys, executive summaries, etc. Manage, edit, and administrate all documents regarding Tokio Marine DEI
- Coordinates global DEI and other communications campaigns, as well as CSR networking and leadership program events
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, using data insights to optimize future initiatives. Develop executive summaries based on results
- Facilitates working groups, trainings, and other network activities related to DEI, CSR, Leadership training and other employee engagement activities
- Working in collaboration with the Global Communications Network, develops and posts social media content, articles, and other timely information related to DEI across Tokio Marine channels
- Provides project management and program support for conferences, webinars, or other Tokio Marine events related to DEI
- Data management in relationship to DEI efforts, particularly in regards to best practices, goals, and or metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development , or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in DEI training, communications or organizational development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms
- Survey development and analysis; use of MS Forms, Qualtrics a plus
- Project management skills; Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment across multiple time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
