We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Property Litigator to join our law firm -
DLG Legal Services, on a full time and permanent basis.
The role
As a Property Dispute Litigator, you will handle a diverse caseload of property-related disputes. You will work closely with clients, advising them on complex legal issues and representing their interests in negotiations and litigation. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through the legal maze of property laws and regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, and leasehold enfranchisement.
- Represent clients in court and at tribunals, preparing necessary documentation and presenting arguments.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in property law to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.
What We Are Looking For
Good understanding of civil litigation with experience handling a caseload of residential property disputes.
Experience of looking after Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims would also be desirable but is not essential.
Excellent litigation skills with a proven track record of successful case resolutions
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a caseload effectively.

Hours : Monday - Friday (35hrs p/w)
Location: Bristol (BS1 6JX), Leeds (LS1 4AZ), Bromley (Br1 1DP)
Hybrid Working: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office
