Salary: £26,000 pro-rata for 12 weeks

As a reinsurance broking summer intern, you will be exposed to the world of reinsurance broking and its role in protecting businesses and communities worldwide.
You will rotate across at least two of the following teams:
International Growth Markets – deliver innovative, data-driven reinsurance solutions across emerging markets, combining global expertise with local insight to support strategic client growth and market expansion.
International Operations– support Howden Re’s global business by ensuring everything runs smoothly across different countries, supporting systems, processes and people so the team can deliver great results for our clients.
Our Summer Internship Programme offers a direct pathway into our Graduate Roles. Based on your performance and business needs, you may receive a full-time graduate offer to start in Autumn 2027, known as a deferred offer.
