Join Howden Capital Markets & Advisory (HCMA) - a leading risk, capital and strategic advisor to the global insurance and reinsurance industries. Founded in 2015, HCMA is one of the premier insurance-focused investment banking groups in the industrywith teams basedin New York and London. Our team covers a broad range of insurance carrier and insurance services companies and offers expertise in M&A, capital raising, general strategic advice and Insurance-Linked Securities.
While HCMA operates as its own entity, we sitwithin the Howden Re pillar which isthe global reinsurance broker, and risk, capital and strategic advisorof Howden. Howden Re deliver specialised reinsurance brokerage services and analytical advice for our clients in 20 different countries worldwide.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to some of the largest insurance investment banking deals.You will play an integral role in our team, working directly with junior and senior bankers and gainhands on experience in:

Contribute to researching and identifying potential investment or financing opportunities,known as origination, across various deal types, including M&A, equity, debts and ILS deals.
