The role
We’re currently recruiting for a change project manager to join one of our most significant migration programmes within the organisation.
To lead the design, planning & delivery of standalone projects or discrete work streams/projects within a larger project/programme. Ensure all requirements are captured, scoped, planned, priced, negotiated & delivered as agreed in the Business Case in a compliant manner

Key Responsibilities
- Apply project management tools and team collaboration techniques appropriately to effectively manage the project through the change lifecycle to successful delivery, delivering the outcomes as per the business case
- Successfully source appropriate resources to ensure work streams or projects are adequately resourced; especially where resources are specialised and/or limited and therefore challenging to secure.
- Produce and actively maintain good quality project documentation, including plans, actions, decisions, RAID logs, change requests, incidents and governance in line with the project objectives to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and actively manage stakeholders (typically up to SMQ level and Management Board Level) throughout the project to ensure project sponsor, steering group and other stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
- Implement and operate effective and robust governance and control environment in line with the Phoenix change management framework

- Determining when project risks and issues can be dealt with internally and where they need to be escalated to senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for allocation of resources within the project, including financial resources within agreed budgets.
- Engages directly and builds collaborative relationships within house delivery teams, third parties and strategic partners as required.
- Ability to translate complexity into simplicity.
What are we looking for?
- Associate of Project Management (APM) - PMQ level or equivalent experience
- Project Management experience in complex regulated environment and project managing policy administration system migrations from a finance and actuarial aspect including at the management of Phx. key third parties
- Working with Actuarial specialists, preferably including 3rd party experts
