The Role
Global Private Clients was created in 2023 to accelerate the growth of personal lines insurance for the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth market globally. Our clients own complex, high-value assets (e.g., property, art collections, superyachts) across multiple geographies, requiring a sophisticated, relationship-driven approach to growth and client service.
We have ambitious targets to expand our footprint and support teams worldwide. Central to our success is the ability to engage stakeholders, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making. We are seeking a Business Insights Manager to orchestrate these efforts, ensuring collaboration across teams and enabling informed decisions that deliver on our growth objectives.
What you'll do
Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and data sharing.
Influence & Negotiation: Persuade and align diverse teams to share insights and resources that support Private Clients growth objectives.
Project & Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives that enable strategic decision-making and business development.
Data Strategy & Management (Non-Technical): Coordinate with central data and BI teams to create bespoke dashboards and regular reporting packs.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice by providing data-driven perspectives on market trends, client needs, and business performance.
Strategy & Planning: Support leadership in setting priorities, defining KPIs, and conducting market research to inform growth plans.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data processes, analytics capabilities, and insight delivery.
Change Management & Adoption: Champion new ways of working, ensuring teams embrace data-driven decision-making and collaboration.
Risk, Compliance & Governance: Ensure all stakeholder engagement and data-sharing activities comply with regulatory and internal standards.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within insurance, financial services, or professional services.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Exposure to business development and strategic planning activities.
Familiarity with CRM and BI tools as a consumer of insights (not as a builder).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a global, matrixed environment.
Understanding of high-net-worth client needs and insurance market dynamics is desirable.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
