OverviewThe Client Operations Manager role is responsible for the collection, analysis and processing of client data and preparation of client invoices, vouchers, and other client-related reports.

How you'll make an impact- Collect data by identifying sources of information and designing collection methods;Organize information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
- Process data files received from the Client for integration with eligibility, enrollment, and billing platforms.
- Analyze variances between data sources and collaborate with Client Owner(s) to ensure updates to most current employee benefit and demographic information.
- Prepare Invoices for submission to client;Prepare Vouchers for submission to Finance for payment of benefit premiums to carriers; Prepare Client reports, including Retirement Funding reports; Perform carrier billing reconciliations (carrier bill versus benefits system).
- Train others regarding data sources, limitations of data, efficient ways to retrieve and transform data and best practices in managing data quality.
- Handle client questions with the highest degree of quality, courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues, effectively communicating plans for resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Complete assigned tasks related to day-to-day operations. These processes may include, but are not limited to, eligibility enrollments, systems variances reports, and carrier audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be minimal in this role.
About YouRequired: Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required. Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends. Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
Preferred: 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.
Behaviors: Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, with effective problem solving and resolution skills. Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
