Position Summary
The Lead Account Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing crucial client relationships, providing guidance on critical client issues, and managing strategic account initiatives. The role includes managing the entire client account lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion opportunities, with a focus on addressing complex issues. They ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, and internal compliance policies. They monitor individual and team performance metrics and collaborate with brokers to pursue new business opportunities.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities: • Oversees and manages key client relationships, particularly those of strategic importance and provides guidance on complex client issues and strategic account management. • Oversees the entire lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding to maintenance and identifies opportunities for account expansion. • Addresses complex client issues and resolves escalated problems and collaborates with internal teams to find innovative solutions. • Oversees the implementation of advanced risk management strategies and ensures strict adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance policies. • Develops new business strategies in collaboration with brokers and reviews proposals and presentations for new client opportunities. • Oversees the onboarding of new clients and maintenance of existing accounts and ensures accuracy and up-to-date client records and documentation. • Monitors and analyzes team and individual performance metrics. • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities and partnerships and works with the senior management to pursue new business opportunities. • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, senior management, and clients and represents the team in meetings with clients, industry associations, and regulatory bodies. • Mentors a team of senior account executives and provides guidance on account management, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management. Work Experience and Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business with 5 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience. or equivalent work experience. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brokerage or Insurance Industry Licenses & Certifications: · Prescribed: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses

The target salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
