Position Summary:
The Exposure Data Analyst Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Exposure Management team by ensuring the efficient management and monitoring of data processes across all functions. Utilizing tools such as Sequel Impact aggregate software, PowerBI, programming languages and Microsoft Excel, the role involves maintaining workflows and adapting processes to align with evolving market and stakeholder needs. Additionally, this position aims to drive efficiency and innovation by developing methodologies and leveraging tools that enhance the team's performance.

What will your job entail?
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor newly written policies across all cells that require Exposure Management Services.
- Cleanse data to ensure it is in an acceptable format for Sequel Impact, and cleanse the output data.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop scripts/ tools to solve it
- Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve data analytics objectives and drive common goals.
- Provide system support in updating and inputting on Internal IT systems i.e. Sequel Impact
- Assist in Monthly Bordereaux preparation for issuance to capacity providers.
- Support the Binder Manager in Audit preparation by collating required documents/files from key stakeholders.
- Research new tools which can enhance the team’s work.
- Monitoring and recording of bureau signings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Managing workflow of accounts that have been sent to the Xceedance.
- Management of the timeliness of account completion by Xceedance.
- Any other tasks required by the team or company
