HR Change Consultant Shape and deliver people focused change across a large, complex organisation Join an award recognised workplace, including Gallup Exceptional Workplace 2025 and Glassdoor Best Places to Work 2026 Hybrid working with up to 80% homeworking and 20% based at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Change Professional to join NFU Mutual where you’ll work in partnership with our HR Centres of Excellence, Group Change teams and other business areas to support with the design and delivery of key change programmes driving the delivery and understanding on how best to deliver and embed organisational change. Working within the Strategic HR Partnering and Consulting Team you will play a pivotal role providing key HR change and project consulting and partnering services to your stakeholders, including significant change management support, whilst playing an integral role in translating our HR strategy to local level deliverables. You’ll be influencing business stakeholders on best practice, providing commercially intelligent advice on a range of topics including TUPE and helping the business run effectively. You will work closely with various teams across our Head Office to ensure there is a fair and consistent approach to all people related change activities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with people managers and stakeholders, supporting them to deliver on organisational change activities. You will confidently challenge, advise and influence stakeholders in relation to business change planning, delivery and embedding and will advise and guide people managers in the application of the Group’s people change principles. You will keep up to date with recent HR trends, issues and developments and utilise this information to provide the best guidance and support to your projects, programmes and business area. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive HR Partnering & Consulting team where we prioritise clarity of accountabilities, shared toolkits and best practice, and clear objectives to keep work aligned and impactful. About youYou have demonstrable strategic HR Business Partnering/ Consulting experience, preferably within a Financial Services organisation where you have partnered and/ or provided consultancy services and delivered organisational change projects. Significant experience in consulting and delivering on organisational design and change is a must. With various streams of people change activity across the group at one time, you’ll understand the impact of change and how to manage it effectively and furthermore how to sustainably embed change. You will also have a consulting mindset—curious, commercial, and focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement To join our team, you must also have.
