Personal Assistant to the Risk DirectorProvide exceptional executive support at senior leadership levelPlay a key role in coordinating high‑impact meetings and events across the DivisionHybrid 60% homeworking available and 40% in Stratford upon AvonAbout the roleWe’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide proactive, confidential and professional support to the Risk Director. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of complex diary and itinerary management, coordinate key Divisional activities, and ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day demands. Your work will directly contribute to the effectiveness of the Risk Director and the wider Risk Division, helping us continue to deliver a first‑class service across the organisation.As PA to the Risk Director, you will be trusted to manage a wide range of responsibilities that require judgement, discretion and outstanding organisational ability. Your role will include:Managing the Risk Director’s inbox and enquiries, prioritising communication and handling sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality.Planning, coordinating and maintaining complex schedules, including meetings, travel, conferences and events, adapting quickly to changing demands.Preparing and quality‑checking documents, reports, presentations and briefing materials to ensure accuracy and readiness ahead of key meetings.Organising the administration of important meetings and Divisional events, covering agendas, papers, logistics, venues and a seamless attendee experience.Monitoring and coordinating Divisional budget activities to support effective financial control.Maintaining secure, compliant and well‑structured filing and record management systems.Supporting the onboarding and induction of new colleagues, ensuring processes and documentation remain up to date.This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same, and where your ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly and remain composed under pressure will be key to your success.About youYou will be an experienced PA who thrives in a senior leadership environment and enjoys being at the centre of a dynamic and high‑performing function. You’ll bring:Proven experience providing proactive PA support at Board Director or senior leadership level.Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism when working with confidential information.Excellent communication skills, producing clear and accurate written and verbal outputs.Advanced use of Microsoft 365, including confidence in producing high‑quality documents and reports.Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings or large‑scale activities.Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.Initiative, problem‑solving capability and the confidence to anticipate needs.Ability to remain calm, organised and focused in a fast‑moving environment.
