You’ll help ensure effective assurance, governance and controls support the delivery of the Enterprise Change Portfolio to time, cost and quality.You’ll shape programme and portfolio activity, lead a team of up to 10 PMO professionals with five direct reports and help develop the wider PMO service. Your work will include providing robust challenge, supporting sound business cases, maintaining clear reporting and ensuring risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources and plans are managed effectively. You’ll work with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, using evidence to support timely decisions and improve delivery.You’ll also build PMO capability by embedding consistent methods, standards and tools, developing colleagues and creating a trusted service that supports current and future portfolio delivery.
