Compétences requises
- Permis d’expert en sinistres, catégorie 5a
- 7 à 10 années d'expérience dans les règlements de sinistres en assurance des particuliers et en assurance des entreprises
- Expérience en Gestion d’une équipe de 1 à 3 ans serait un atout.
- Bilinguisme un atout – anglais/français (oral et écrit)
- À l'aise dans l'utilisation des outils Microsoft
- Titre PAA un atout

The team leader will report to the Laval regional office and be called upon to advise adjusters and answer their questions on procedures pertaining to file handling and client support.
Competency requirements
• Adjuster license – Class 5a
• 7 to 10 years' experience in loss adjusting for personal and commercial lines.
• 1 to 3 years experience in managing teams is an asset.
• Bilingualism is an asset - English/French (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using Microsoft tools.
• CIP designation would be an asset.
Main duties
• Work closely with the team of adjusters and with management.
• Technical supervision of the work carried out by the adjusters on your team and of their reports (including sometimes for adjusters from other teams).
• Participate in performance evaluations and help establish annual objectives for the team members. Motivate team members to meet company objectives.
• Inform management of the department's training and organizational needs and suggest areas for improvement. Then monitor the implementation of proposed measures.
• Develop training and/or performance management plans for adjusters.
• Participate in special projects at the request of management.
• Attend meetings held by team leaders and share information with your team.
• Participate in the planning and promotion of best practices.
• Participate in the hiring of adjusters.
• Meet the production objectives set by management.
• Must be able to attend the Laval office at least twice per week
