About the team and the job:
This is a new role in Acrisure's growing International division. The Finance Analyst will support the International FP&A team by developing and maintaining financial models, conducting scenario analyses, and providing insights that enhance strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various business units. The role is based out of Acrisure International London and reports into the Head of International FP&A.
How you'll contribute:
- Support the International FP&A function and work closely with London and local in country teams and management
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making, and long-term planning efforts.
- Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to evaluate financial and operational impacts of business decisions.
- Work with Acrisure Partners in build-out of budgets and support financial reviews and constant rate reporting
- Assist the International management team with complex projects, helping to drive the process from planning to completion, for example
- The reforecast/outlook processes
- The annual business planning and budget process of international agency partners and international departments and support incorporation into Enterprise business planning
- Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns for international departments, including analysis and commentary to sufficiently explain actual vs. budget and forecast variances
Requirements:
- Accounting Qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or MBA strongly preferred
- Experience working in financial modelling, finance business partnering or FP&A roles; preferably for a multi-national company
- Specific, transferable experience related to working with international business units and legal entities in EMEA and LATAM
- Prior experience within the insurance brokerage or carrier industry strongly preferred
