We have the opportunity for a
Customer Oversight Reporting Analyst to join our
Customer Oversight department here at
Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Head of Customer Oversight, you will support the team by providing in-depth analysis of MI to provide assurance that TMK’s customers are receiving good customer outcomes in line with TMK’s Conduct Risk Appetite Statements.
This role includes responsibility for:
- Support with the design and effective implementation of Customer Outcomes MI Framework
- Develop and deliver MI solutions to meet the needs of Customer Oversight across a range of technologies.
- Deliver Customer Outcomes MI Solutions to agreed scope and within set timelines, always ensuring robustness and integrity.
- Seek continuous improvement on quality and efficiency around Customer Outcomes MI processes.
- Ensure robust control & governance around data to ensure quality MI.
- Reviewing data to provide analysis and insight on TMK’s performance against its Conduct Risk Appetite Statements to evidence that TMK’s customers are receiving good customer outcomes.
- Acting as the Customer Oversight Departments liaison on Customer Outcomes Reporting with other TMK departments (including but not limited to Underwriting Management Team, IT, Pricing and Analytics, Claims, Compliance and Delegated Authority) to drive and shape continuous improvement in the delivery of Customer Outcomes Reporting.
- Ensure all relevant Regulatory Returns are accurately completed in a timely fashion.
- Respond proactively to change in internal and regulatory requirements and builds these into the reporting model as required working closely with UMT.
- Champion and promote an enhanced workflow process to improve consistency and service delivery within the MI team.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a strong MI background with proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques for complex datasets. Strong programming and data handling skills, particularly in Python or similar languages is also desirable, as is a sound understanding of MI related technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Power BI and Business Objects. We are looking for someone that is highly numerate and concise, who is a problem solver and critical thinker.
