- Lead, and champion the delivery of the Data Centre of Excellence (DCoE) multi-year Roadmap and rolling 12 to 24 month delivery plan

About the Role
It’s an exciting time to join NFU Mutual as we continue to evolve and grow our Data Centre of Excellence (DCoE) to support and the continued delivery our data strategy.
Due to this growth, we are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager to work closely with the Chief Data Officer and join the leadership team.
In this role you will lead, plan and champion the construction and delivery of the Data Centre of Excellence (DCoE) multi-year Roadmap and rolling 12 to 24 month delivery plan, aligned to and in support of our Group Data Strategy. You will identify and manage functional risks, and issues, dependencies, communication strategy and plans, and overall team budgets.
You will implement, embed, and continually enhance a quarterly planning approach, tracking progress and escalating delivery risks and issues to the Chief Data Officer in a timely way to ensure the clarity of priorities and do-ability of business outcomes.
Additionally you will develop, embed, and continually enhance an effective demand management approach for managing incoming work across the team to ensure expectations of senior stakeholders are known and managed, and resources are prioritised to deliver optimum value.
In doing this you will lead and motivate colleagues to create an environment of reflection, best practice, continuous improvement to our strategic business objectives.
About You
You'll have significant change management experience in a data delivery and have excellent knowledge of change management best practice and continuous improvement. You are customer focused and have worked within a similar role ideally as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
You have excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence their business plans. You are proactive in your approach to work and are a pragmatic and logical thinker with experience of successfully delivering business change and benefits realisation, working at an enterprise level. You have a proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple, conflicting priorities simultaneously.

- PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes
- Change Management Certification
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong critical thinking, organisational and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work with and influence others outside of own team
