About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Broker Development Manager to join our MX Commercial team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility and travel, where you will manage a panel of brokers and drive new business opportunities across the UK.
What you will be doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of brokers to support growth and client satisfaction.
- Introducing SRG’s products and services to brokers and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Planning and prioritising broker engagement activities to achieve agreed business targets.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including product launches and events, to promote SRG’s offering.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and reports to the team.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service.
Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in wholesale broker management or account development, ideally within the London Market. You will be confident working independently and managing your own diary while meeting agreed KPIs.
We Are Looking For Someone With
- Background in broker account management or business development.
- Strong understanding of London Market wholesale accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (with SRG support).
