We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Analyst Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in our data management assessment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive data analysis. In this role, you will work closely with our sales leadership team, culminating in a presentation on your findings.
This is a hybrid Summer Internship, with time in our Glastonbury, CT office. Two days are required in the office throughout the Internship.
Job Description
What you will do:
- Identify complicated data sets for review and analysis relating to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Analyze Salesforce database to identify duplicate records and gaps in data entry
- Use connected Applications, such as ZoomInfo, to validate data and update as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify areas for improvement in data entry processes.
- Assist in coordinating tasks related to database management, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project timelines and contribute to meeting project milestones.
- Other duties as assigned.
What YOU will bring to C&F:

- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools.
- Basic understanding of database management.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Analytics from an accredited College/University
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
- Familiarity with Salesforce and related applications is a plus

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $16 per hour to a maximum of $25 per hour. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
