About the roleWe’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Services team and support a wide range of business change initiatives across NFU Mutual. As part of this growing team, you’ll help deliver meaningful, customer-focused improvements by supporting experienced Business Analysts and contributing to key projects across the organisation.You’ll gain exposure to change programmes covering areas such as digital customer journeys, finance, insurance policy systems, and regulatory change. You’ll support communication between stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure that requirements are clearly documented, understood, and aligned to business outcomes. You’ll learn how change is delivered using both Agile and waterfall methodologies while working closely with Developers, Testers, and Project Managers. About youAs a Business Analyst, you bring a naturally inquisitive mindset that drives you to explore problems deeply and continually develop your professional skills. Your strong attention to detail ensures accuracy in your work, helping you produce clear and reliable insights. You’ll also have all or some of the following: Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (iterative and waterfall methodologies), Process documentation and engineering (UML and/or BPMN notations) desirable,Requirements elicitation and management (functional and non-functional) desirable,Experience of Agile methodologies,Experience of using application Lifecycle management software such as Azure DevOps desirable,Relevant qualifications/ apprenticeship in business analysis (highly desirable).
