The Chubb Associate Program provides an excellent entry point for individuals looking to begin their careers in the insurance industry. The Chubb Reinsurance Services (CRS) team manages and administers treaty and facultative reinsurance agreements that protect the interests of the Chubb Group of Companies.This role is for an entry level Business Analyst residing on the Project Management Office team (PMO) that provides project management and reporting services in support of the multi-functional groups within CRS (Contracts, Accounting, Claims).

Key Responsibilities Include
- Serving as liaison between Chubb’s business/data users and IT
- Reinsurance system bug tracking and enhancement documentation; testing of system changes and bug fixes to ensure desired results are met
- Performing dataanalytics and reconciliations
- Working extensively with various Excel worksheets and MS Access databases for analysis and report generation in order to deliver management and financial reports
- Providing general support ofdepartment projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or other related field.
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong math aptitude and familiarity with creating and interpreting complex formulas and business concepts
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills; ability to handle shifting priorities in workload.
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
- Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred.
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of insurance/re-insurance operations.
