How does this role contribute to our collective success?
This position is integral to the smooth functioning of our international insurance
operations. By ensuring accurate premium processing, resolving reconciliation issues
and maintaining strong communication across offshore teams, underwriters, brokers
and the wider Operations team, the role helps uphold our financial integrity and
operational efficiency. A proactive approach to resolving queries and improving
processes directly supports our commitment to service excellence.
What will you do in this role?
·Work with Offshore team dealing with bureau closing processing, resolving
queries, providing necessary training and quality assurance
·Handle more complex or non standard bureau closing processing
·Where applicable research and process direct cash payments
·Liaise with underwriters, brokers and the bureau to clarify payment
discrepancies or documentation issues
·Investigate and resolve reconciliation errors raised by the Credit Control team
·Monthly reporting on processing figures and additional reporting where
necessary
·Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within both the Offshore
and Onshore teams
·Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met
·Ensure procedure and training documentation is kept up to date
·Always ensure compliance with Axis policiesYou may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

In this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 9 days per calendar
