Available Positions
- UX and Digital Marketing Intern: As an intern in this role, you will support the digital marketing team in improving user experiences across our web and campaign touchpoints, helping to translate customer and business insights into intuitive and effective journeys. You will be part of a small, start‑up‑like team within a reputable global insurance company, contributing to user flows and journey documentation, user testing, design, and prototypes that enhance how prospects interact with our digital marketing assets in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Familiarity with design and UX tools (e.g., Figma, User Zoom) as well as basic Microsoft tools.
- ESIS Marketing Intern: As an intern in the role, you will focus on a competitive analysis of LinkedIn through the lens of proof-based storytelling. This analysis will aim to identify gaps, opportunities, and content themes to enhance ESIS' organic social presence and inform updates to both social media content and priority web pages. The findings will guide the development of social posts and assess how organic content can drive traffic to esis.com while strengthening ESIS’ impact with its existing LinkedIn audience and reaching new prospects.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, B2B social content, and basic digital marketing metrics.
Qualifications
- Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree required (many majors will be considered; Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related fields preferred).
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
- Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
